Patient Resources

Helping our Community Stay out of Hospitals First Visit

Patients should expect to spend a minimum of 1 hour in the office during their first visit.  You have option to fill out patient paperwork online and bring it in with you to reduce waiting time. We have a service dog in the office, he is a bulldog named Achilles. If there are any allergies, please let us know in advance.
